All items purchased on philanthropistboutique.com are subject to availability. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order and apologize if something listed on our website as in stock is actually not available. You will not be charged for any items that are no longer available.

SALES TAX
Sales tax for items shipped within California will be added at the appropriate rate. No other sales tax will be added for orders shipped outside of the state of California and within the U.S.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

PAYMENT
Philanthropist accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Philanthropist electronic gift cards. Your credit card will be charged for the purchase price when your order is complete and about to ship. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit card being used is yours or that you have specific permission from the owner of the card to use it.
Protecting your personal information is our highest priority. Our website employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the safety of your credit card information. SSL encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure host server, preventing the decoding of that information by outside parties.
ELECTRONIC GIFT CERTIFICATES AND GIFT CARDS
Electronic Gift Certificates purchased on our website are different and separate from Gift Cards purchased in our store. Electronic Gift Certificates may be purchased either online or in our store and are valid for purchasing ONLY on our website. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Electronic Gift Certificates in our San Francisco store.
Gift Cards purchased in our store are only valid for purchases made through our store in San Francisco. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Gift Cards purchased in the store on our website. If you wish to pay for something you see online with a Gift Card, please call us at (415) 441-1750 and place your order over the phone.
