Return Policy
Philanthropist gladly accepts the return of regular price merchandise for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. Sale items are non-returnable. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Customers are responsible for the appropriate shipping fees for returned and exchanged merchandise. Please fill out and include the enclosed Return / Exchange form with merchandise.

We will notify you if we are able to fill the order. A credit card is required to secure all special orders. Please note that special orders may not be exchanged or returned.

Shipping Details
Philanthropist aims to ship out all orders within 48 hours. Philanthropist ships all orders via UPS. Orders are shipped Monday thru Saturday from 11am until 6pm PST unless otherwise stated.
San Francisco Same Day Delivery
For orders placed prior to 2pm PST, Philanthropist offers same-day delivery within San Francisco. If you have missed the order deadline for same-day delivery, please call us at (415) 441-1750 to inquire whether we will be able to fulfill your same-day delivery request. Orders placed after the deadline will go out the following day we are open.
